By visiting nailasworldstudios.com or joining the Bedtime Story Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Use of the Site

This site is provided for personal, non-commercial use by parents, guardians, and other visitors interested in Naila's World Studios content. It's intended to be used by adults on behalf of the children in their care, not directly by children without supervision.

Bedtime Story Club Subscription

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges unless required by law.

Content and Ownership

The Naila character, illustrations, stories, and printable activities on this site are the property of Naila's World Studios and are protected by copyright. Free and paid downloads are for personal, at-home or classroom use only.

• You may print and use downloads for your own family or classroom.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our downloads or artwork as your own.
• Books sold on Amazon are governed by Amazon's own terms of sale in addition to these terms.

Links to Stripe, Amazon, Instagram, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

No Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naila's World Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
